I believe that birthing families, specially mummies, need to be equipped with knowledge to be able to experience a safe and easier birth. By learning tested techniques of relaxation, breathing, affirmations and visualizations, among others, the birthing families will feel empowered to make informed decisions and navigate through the birth peacefully.

I am a Certified HypnoBirthing™ Educator working in the Zurich area, and online to anywhere, available to provide you personalized childbirth preparation classes for moms-to-be and birth partners.
